🔧 Threaded barrel for HDR50 / TR50 (Gen. 1 and 2) and PS-100 RAM. Internal diameter adjusted to 12.6 mm instead of 12.7 mm for more accuracy and power. Compatible with all slugs. 100% French manufacturing, an Invent3D exclusive. 🇫🇷
The complete pack to equip your HDR50 or TR50: an M15x1 threaded aluminium barrel and its sound reducer, supplied together. You gain accuracy with the barrel, discretion with the reducer, and you avoid any compatibility question between the two parts since they are designed for each other.
Tightening the internal diameter to 12.6 mm, against 12.7 mm originally, is not a trivial detail: by very slightly reducing the clearance around the projectile, the barrel improves the grip on the slug and optimises its projection on release. You gain in consistency and performance, while keeping compatibility with a wide range of ammunition — all slugs and the majority of rubber balls. Machined in aluminium, it replaces the original barrel and brings the M15x1 thread required to fit the reducer.
At 33 mm in diameter and 140 mm long, the reducer stays compact and leaves the sight entirely clear: you equip your revolver without sacrificing your aim. It dampens the noise of the gas at the barrel's exit and clearly transforms the look of the gun. An honest note: on all revolvers, most of the noise comes from the cylinder. This reducer therefore acts on the exhaust gas only, for a real but partial reduction.
The reducer is 3D printed in a high-grade technical filament, selected for its mechanical and thermal resistance (85-95 °C), and designed from the outset for category D air-powered guns. Unlike a firearm moderator, whose use on these guns is prohibited, the Invent3D moderator is designed for this precise purpose: a mark of compliance as much as a sign of quality.
Always shoot with a properly filled CO2 cartridge. Insufficient pressure lowers the projectile's speed and stability, and it may then drift from the barrel's axis and strike the inside of the reducer.
Take extra care if you shoot heavier projectiles: the heavier a projectile, the more energy it needs to be propelled correctly. Change cartridge as soon as you feel the power dropping, rather than finishing the last balls at low pressure.
Fitting is accessible but requires care. Please note: the barrel is supplied without a spring, you must reuse the original one. Proceed as follows: 1. Remove all the screws from the HDR50. 2. Note the direction of the spring on the barrel (very important). 3. Remove the barrel and the spring. 4. Insert the spring onto your new barrel. 5. Take the opportunity to oil all the internal parts of your HDR50. 6. Reassemble and check, without a CO2 cartridge, that the cylinder turns freely without forcing.
Important: installing this barrel will void your warranty. Invent3D declines all responsibility in the event of misuse or incorrect installation of this product.
Your moderator's thread has been carefully checked using a precision tap to guarantee optimal quality.
Always screw it on straight, without forcing: a correctly aligned moderator screws on with no resistance. If it resists, stop — that's a sign of poor concentricity. Unscrew it, realign the moderator with the barrel's axis and start again.
To make installation easier, apply a little oil to the thread.
The reducer can be sanded and painted for a cleaner look:
