Nitrile is the reference material for sealing compressed-air circuits: its oil resistance prevents swelling and degradation of the seal in contact with lubricants, while its wear resistance ensures an extended service life. The -25°C to 100°C range broadly covers the operating conditions encountered in recreational shooting, from winter shooting to the temperature rises associated with air compression.
