Set of 5 nitrile (NBR) O-rings, 1 mm cross-section, designed for sealing the air circuits of PCP guns, high-pressure pumps and other assemblies requiring reliable sealing. Resistant to oil, wear and temperature variations from -25°C to +100°C.
The 1 mm cross-section is a fine and precise dimension: an O-ring of the correct size ensures perfect sealing without excessive stress on the housing. Nitrile (NBR) is the reference elastomer for pressurized air circuits: its resistance to oil prevents swelling and degradation upon contact with lubricants, which guarantees an extended lifespan compared to standard O-rings of inferior quality.
The temperature range of -25°C to +100°C covers common conditions of use such as heating caused by air compression, without loss of elasticity or premature hardening.
Check the inner diameter required by your equipment before ordering: the cross-section (1 mm) corresponds to the thickness of the O-ring, while the inner diameter determines the suitable housing. Other dimensions are available in the range.
Replace a worn, split or crushed O-ring at the first signs of leakage. Clean the housing, place the O-ring without twisting it, and if needed apply a thin layer of nitrile-compatible lubricant to ease installation and preserve elasticity. The set of 5 lets you have spare O-rings on hand.
