Its 50 mm diameter and 195 mm length increase the internal volume available to treat noise at the barrel's exit, translating into a measured noise reduction of up to 50% at a shooting club on an HDX68. Its widened passage lets all types of heavier balls through (T4E, slugs, First Strike…) with no risk of contact, where a moderator with a narrow channel limits your choice of ammunition.

Our moderators are 3D printed in a high-grade technical filament, selected for its mechanical and thermal resistance (85-95 °C). Made in France, they are designed specifically for category D air-powered guns. Unlike a firearm moderator, whose use on these guns is prohibited, the Invent3D moderator is designed for this purpose from the outset: a mark of compliance as much as a sign of quality.

Installation

Your moderator's thread has been carefully checked using a precision tap to guarantee optimal quality. To make installation easier, feel free to apply a little oil to the thread and check the concentricity.

Customisation

Your moderator can be customised for a perfect finish:

• Sanding: 120-grit sandpaper, then increase the fineness gradually to obtain a smooth surface.
• Primer: apply a spray primer to prepare the surface for painting.
• Paint: use a spray paint for an optimal result and a professional finish.

This sound moderator is intended exclusively for category D CO₂ launchers and guns (energy ≤ 20 joules), on free sale for adults. It reduces noise at the barrel's exit for greater shooting comfort.

By design, this moderator is powerful enough to be technically compatible with upgraded guns exceeding 20 joules. However, such use is prohibited: it would result in reclassification to a higher category, making its use illegal without appropriate authorisation. This product is sold only for use on category D guns.
