Terms and Conditions of Sale — invent3d.fr
Article 1: Purpose
These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer for online sales on invent3d.fr. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms. The buyer declares having the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Article 2: Seller identification
The seller's legal information (name, address, SIRET) is available in the website's legal notice.
Article 3: Products
Products offered include: projectiles (slugs) for CO₂ and PCP airguns, projectiles for PAK weapons, and sound moderators. Photographs are non-contractual.
The buyer is solely responsible for:
- compatibility with their equipment;
- compliance with the laws of their country.
Article 4: Use and liability
Products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided. Sound moderators are intended exclusively for category D air guns (<20 joules under French law). Any non-compliant use is the sole responsibility of the user.
Article 5: Prices
Prices are shown in euros, net of tax (VAT not applicable – article 293 B of the French Tax Code). No VAT will be added to the displayed price. Delivery costs are shown before order confirmation.
Article 6: Payment
Payment by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or cheque. Orders are shipped after effective receipt of payment.
Article 7: Availability
Products are offered while stocks last. In case of unavailability, the buyer may request a refund or exchange.
Article 8: Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the buyer.
Indicative delivery times:
- Colissimo: 48 h (France);
- Tracked letter: 48 h to 5 days (France);
- International: varies by country.
Maximum delivery time is 30 days. In the event of loss or damage during transport, the seller remains liable and will reship or refund after investigation with the carrier.
Article 9: Right of withdrawal
The buyer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. The request must be sent by email to: contact@invent3d.fr
Return conditions: product in original condition, complete, packaging included. Return costs are borne by the buyer.
The refund includes the product price and initial standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt and inspection.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal — In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- customised or made-to-order products;
- unsealed or used consumable products (e.g. projectiles / slugs).
A product may be handled for testing, but any use rendering it unfit for resale excludes a refund.
Article 10: Warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
Excluded: misuse, incorrect assembly, incompatibility, impact, drop, normal wear.
Article 11: Claims and returns
Any return must first be approved by email, providing: order number, description of the issue, photos. Return costs are borne by the buyer.
Article 12: Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from non-compliant use. The buyer is solely responsible for the choice and use of the products.
Article 13: Personal data
Data is used solely for order processing. In accordance with the GDPR, the buyer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data, exercisable by email at contact@invent3d.fr. The buyer may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Article 14: Consumer mediation
In accordance with articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of an unresolved dispute with our customer service, the consumer buyer may use, free of charge, the following consumer mediation service:

The mediator may only be contacted after a prior written complaint sent to contact@invent3d.fr has remained unresolved. The request may be submitted online at cm2c.net, quoting the seller's SIRET: 521 354 233 00053.
In accordance with art. 14 of the EU ODR Regulation, the European online dispute resolution platform is available at: webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr
Article 15: Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. The consumer may bring proceedings before the competent court of their place of residence.
Article 16: Force majeure
The seller cannot be held liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure (strike, disaster, breakdown, transport, etc.).
Article 17: Acceptance
Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
